Job Description

Communicating with DIRECT clients, meeting their demands and requirements via email, phone
Making proposal/quotation for clients' enquiry
Advising the best travel solutions (program, activities, accommodation etc.) for clients
Understanding deeply company's products and culture to suggest unique itinerary for clients
Strive to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries
Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the quality of service
Attending team meeting and discussing to improve the performance of team

Barchelor's Degree in Italian, Tourism or relevant majors
Excellent spoken and written in Italian
At least 1 year of experience
Good at both verbal and non-verbal communication
Customer care skills
Experience in tourism/hospitality industry
Knowledge about destinations in Vietnam is a must and Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar is a bonus
Basic skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Team work and individual work under high pressure
Good attitude, well organized, patience
