Job Description

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified B2B opportunities
  • Introduce our solutions to prospective clients through compelling presentations
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable offerings
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to tailor solutions and ensure excellent delivery
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Actively explore new market opportunities to support short-, mid-, and long-term business growth
  • Contribute to developing and refining internal best practices for business development
  • Provide regular reports on performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields; MBA is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development or similar roles with a strong performance record
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking ability
  • Strong English skills in all four skills (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, especially in understanding client needs and proposing fitting solutions
  • Experience working in fast-growing international organizations
  • Background in serving HR-related clients
  • Experience dealing with large enterprise customers
  • Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders
