Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the ODC market and develop approaches to expand the client base.
  • Development Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analyze the market to identify trends, needs, and new opportunities in the industry.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Solution Presentation: Introduce and present software solutions in the ODC industry to clients and partners.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as account management to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Lead contract negotiation processes and ensure that agreements meet clients' requirements and company standards.
  • Report to superiors on business situations (results, progress), issues, new concerns, new customer insights..

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably working with ODC projects or in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Deep knowledge of business development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and plan strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Proficient and professional in presentations, proposals and document writing.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
  • Good research data skills and flexible thinking.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Have basic IT service knowledge.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
