1. HR Process Consultation & Optimization:
- Analyze existing HR processes and propose improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of an efficient recruitment system.
2. Enhancing the Job Posting System:
- Collaborate with the development team to refine and optimize job posting features.
- Ensure the platform is user-friendly, effective, and seamlessly integrates into company workflows.
3. Korean-Vietnamese Interpretation for the Director:
- Facilitate meetings and document translations between Korean and Vietnamese.
- Ensure clear and precise communication between leadership and departments.
4. Cross-Departmental Support:
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings to provide insights on recruitment processes.
- Address HR-related inquiries and assist with system integration.
5. Implementation & Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor the recruitment system’s effectiveness post-deployment.
- Gather feedback from users and recommend enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Korean language studies is a plus).
- Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
- 5+ years of experience in HR and Korean translation/interpretation.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain HR procedures to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities.
