1. HR Process Consultation & Optimization:

• Analyze existing HR processes and propose improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of an efficient recruitment system.

2. Enhancing the Job Posting System:

• Collaborate with the development team to refine and optimize job posting features.
• Ensure the platform is user-friendly, effective, and seamlessly integrates into company workflows.

3. Korean-Vietnamese Interpretation for the Director:

• Facilitate meetings and document translations between Korean and Vietnamese.
• Ensure clear and precise communication between leadership and departments.

4. Cross-Departmental Support:

• Participate in interdepartmental meetings to provide insights on recruitment processes.
• Address HR-related inquiries and assist with system integration.

5. Implementation & Performance Evaluation:

• Monitor the recruitment system’s effectiveness post-deployment.
• Gather feedback from users and recommend enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Korean language studies is a plus).
• Proficiency in Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• 5+ years of experience in HR and Korean translation/interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain HR procedures to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities.
