Junior HR - Talent Acquisition Executive

POSITION SUMMARY:

As an HR Executive with a major role of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will be handling and overseeing our full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, developing short and long-term recruiting plans. Aside from that, you also support Halocom in terms of administration, employer branding, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with Managers to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks;
• Plan, execute interview and selection procedures, including screening applications, calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
• Keep track and manage candidate databases via internal applicant tracking system;
• Assist in company administration such as carrying out clerical duties such as taking calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, paperworks,...; overseeing the maintenance of office facilities;
• Communicate with employees and knowing their concerns;
• Identify the source of the issues, counseling the employees and resolving their issues;
• Assist in building company branding.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Experience (must have):

At least 3-6 months working in the position of Talent Acquisition/ HR Executive/ HR Communications as an Executive or Intern.

Knowledge, abilities and skill:

• Extensive communication, organization and interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;
• Ability to manage and handle multi tasks;
• Outstanding problem-solving skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Ability to operate alone as well as in a group;
• A Plus to Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing.
