Job Description

  • Forge Lasting Partnerships:

Develop and nurture significant, long-term partnerships with leading banks, cultivating strong business relationships that stand the test of time.

  • End-to-End Deal Leadership:

Take charge of the entire deal lifecycle, from identifying and developing key accounts to negotiating contracts and sealing deals. Your role is pivotal in ensuring successful execution and fostering ongoing partner success.

  • Strategic Communication:

Effectively communicate and report to leadership, providing insights into pipeline forecasts, business impact, and continuous feedback from employer partners.

  • Educational Outreach:

Conduct presentations, webinars, and demos to educate both employers and banking partners on the value proposition of our cutting-edge financial solutions.


Job Requirements

  • Professional Background:

Around 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking sector, focusing on medium to large corporate clients. Extensive background in B2B within the Banking & Finance industry, covering areas such as Payroll, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Fintech, and ERP.

  • Network and Relationships:

Established relationships with C-level executives in sectors like Manufacturing, Textile, Electric, Shoes, and Retail. Proven experience collaborating with different business units to maximize customer exploitation and promote diverse banking services.

  • Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated success in direct sales with a track record of achievements. Ability to navigate negotiations and close deals effectively.

  • Essential Skills:

Possess a strategic mindset, proficiency in finance and risk management, excellent communication skills internally and externally, and the ability to open, negotiate, and successfully close deals.
