1. Acting as a Liaison Between Departments
- Serve as the communication bridge between the Director, Sales, Platform, and Development teams.
- Ensure that business and recruitment system requirements are accurately conveyed to developers for system enhancement.
2. Gathering and Communicating Requirements
- Work closely with relevant departments to understand business objectives and recruitment system needs.
- Clearly translate business requirements into actionable development tasks for the technical team.
3. Analyzing and Improving Recruitment Processes
- Evaluate business and market trends to propose process improvements.
- Develop solutions to optimize recruitment efficiency and enhance the user experience.
4. Creating Documentation & Overseeing Implementation
- Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents and workflow processes.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely execution and provide status updates to stakeholders.
5. Testing and Evaluating System Enhancements
- Conduct system testing to ensure new features meet business needs.
- Collect user feedback and suggest further system refinements.
6. Providing Ongoing System Support & Maintenance
- Ensure the recruitment platform operates smoothly and aligns with user expectations.
- Assist departments in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment technology or HR solutions.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong background in recruitment systems, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM, and online hiring platforms.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment trends and the ability to apply modern technology solutions.
- Familiarity with database structures, software development cycles (SDLC), and recruitment-related technologies (AI, Big Data is a plus).
- Excellent business analysis and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
