As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, closing new deals, and expanding Vibe Branding’s presence in target markets. You’ll lead outreach strategies, develop relationships with decision-makers, and position our services as high-impact solutions for forward-thinking brands. This is a results-oriented role with high visibility—perfect for someone who understands agency sales and loves turning connections into clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business goals and challenges
  • Develop and present tailored proposals in collaboration with our strategy and creative teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closing
  • Track and optimize performance using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to improve outreach efforts
  • Attend virtual networking events and represent Vibe Branding with clarity and professionalism



Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (agency or service-based preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and creative solutions
  • Proven track record of closing deals and generating qualified leads
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about growing a brand from the inside out
