Job Description

  • Lead business development activities targeting the banking sector, especially private banks, while maintaining and expanding existing relationships with state-owned banks.
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with C-levels and decision-makers in the banking industry to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with technology partners such as RedHat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud to design and deliver enterprise solutions (Openshift, DevSecOps, Cloud).
  • Analyze customer needs, develop proposals, and lead solution presentations and demonstrations.
  • Drive contract negotiation, pricing, and revenue/profitability calculations.
  • Manage the pipeline, bidding process, and project coordination from opportunity to implementation.
  • Research industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Contribute to company's long-term business strategy in the financial services sector.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in IT solution sales/business development, with proven track record in the banking sector (private banks preferred).
  • Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers in private banks.
  • Hands-on experience working with major technology vendors (RedHat, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) in delivering enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of driving long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Good English communication is an advantage.
