Responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for sales and service work including client project business communication, project tracking and reporting, project quotation and performance accounting; assisting Hongfa Haiphong factory in project management and client relationships to promote client project success. Communicating and reporting with Hongfa Hong Kong internally, Hongfa Haiphong factory, Hongfa headquarters, and clients; supporting daily sales, business development activities, client visits, business follow-ups, and project reporting management etc.

2. Sell and promote Hongfa products, and build solid relationships with major local customers in EMS, electronics, electric R&D and manufacturing, relays, medium and low voltage electrical appliances, high and low voltage complete equipment, connectors, capacitors, precision parts and automation equipment, EV car, e-scooter, charging pile, battery energy storage, power grid industries, and more, achieving or exceeding revenue objectives.

3. Responsible for collecting electronics & electrical market information, developing new customers, and providing new growth points for business.

4. Cooperate with project department to launch new projects and foster teamwork.

5. Perform tasks assigned by the company, including assisting with local visits or other business activities arranged by the company, as well as other matters.

Requirements:

1. Local candidates in Haiphong or nearby areas are preferred. Possess a Vietnamese driver's license and a private car that can be used for business purposes.

2. Bachelor's degree or above. Applicants must have an educational background or work experience in industrial or technical fields.

3. A background in sales of relays, circuit breakers, or other electronic components is preferred.

4. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Vietnamese is required, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

5. A positive and proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a spirit of never giving up.

6. Disciplined and compliant with Hongfa HK’s culture and requirements.
