Main responsibilities: Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or a service using scripts. • Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with the Manager to respond to clients.
• Filing & documentation. • Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
• Having a Data-driven mindset.
• English fluency.
• Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
• Good communication & time management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
