Job Description

1. Manage and Develop Sales Team

  • Implement efficient sales support tools.

4. Customer Care Optimization

  • Develop pre-sale, during-sale, and post-sale care processes.
  • Organize loyalty programs.
  • Address customer feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Deploy chatbots and automated systems for customer support.

5. Development of New Sales Channels

  • Propose and implement sales through KOLs and educators.
  • Develop sales scripts for livestreams.
  • Partner with marketing for advertising campaigns.
  • Organize seminars and webinars to enhance customer interaction.
  • Analyze and optimize sales channel effectiveness.

6. Technology Integration in Sales

  • Propose and implement CRM for customer management.
  • Apply AI in customer consultation and care.
  • Collaborate with IT to upgrade data reporting systems.
  • Integrate tools for measuring sales staff efficiency.
  • Train the team in using modern sales tools.

7. Budget Management and Sales Cost Optimization

  • Plan and control the sales budget.
  • Allocate resources appropriately across sales channels.
  • Negotiate with partners for optimal pricing policies.
  • Report detailed costs and profits.
  • Develop sustainable profit-increasing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in e-commerce, education, and training sectors.

3. Knowledge: Understanding of media, marketing, human resources, and social media platforms.

4. Skills:

  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Drive).
  • Excellent communication and customer consultation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

5. Attitude:

  • Highly responsible, proactive, and decisive.
