Job Description

- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

- Making calls, messages, emails and more inside sales activities.

- Joining webinar, conferences | workshop | network communities to earn more Leads.

- Building up pipelines with multi-channels, and inside sales processes.

- Engaging qualified leads for setting up Meetings, then transfer these scheduled meetings to Business Consultants or Account Managers.

- Preparing back-office support for the Sales Team.

- More Inside Sales tasks will be assigned by Line Managers.


- Fluent in English & Native in Vietnamese

- High skills of Communications, Persuasion and Negotiation.

- Nice Voice Conversation.

- Self-motivated and self-directed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
