Sales Engineer/Support Sales

Job Overview

• Engage in Sales and Marketing Activities
• Develop and expand the client base to achieve sales targets
• Generate and cultivate leads and inquiries
• Conduct effective sales visits, marketing calls, and impactful presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, investment, and planning departments within the designated territories
• Foster growth among Builders and Distributors within established territories

1. Pre-Sales Follow Up:

• Thoroughly manage pre-sales inquiries
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and proposals
• Collaborate on contract negotiations, encompassing pricing and terms
• Plan and forecast project schedules in coordination with Project Engineers
• Initiate subcontracting arrangements as required

2. Post-Sales Follow Up:

• Oversee master schedules and delivery progress to ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate and prepare for customer visits
• Monitor change orders and variations, and subsequently draft contract addendums and price adjustments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales within the Construction industry or related sector
• Priority given to candidates with experience in pre-engineered steel buildings
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other essential computer skills
• English communication basic
• Thai nationality is required or VietNam people settled in Thailand
• Foreign languages: Fluent Thai
