• Develop - implement a plan to attract candidates, and develop Employer Branding for customers.
• Find and maintain contact with potential IT candidates. Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
• Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
• Helping candidates throughout all stages of interviews at scale.
• Monitor and support candidates in the process of selecting and applying for IT positions.
• Support & interact with departments in ensuring service quality.
• Tasks at the request of Team Leader.

• Experience (at least 3 years) working within headhunting, IT headhunting, IT Recruiter or Sales Experience;
• High EQ and ability to adapt to technology and people;
• Must be able to produce solutions and be process-oriented;
• Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage;
• Having knowledge of positions, the information technology market is an advantage, willing to train;
• Good computer and search skills, proficient in MS Office;
• Proactive, responsible, have a learning mindset and improve work efficiency;
• Have a personal laptop.
