• Manage and take responsibility for the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Ensure the team’s KPI metrics are met hourly and daily (monitor hourly KPIs to provide timely support to the team).
• Drive performance to achieve sales targets.
• Support and guide team members in handling difficult situations or challenging calls.
• Prepare team activity reports, daily work summaries, and necessary support plans.
• Record feedback from the team regarding customer complaints about products, gifts, delivery, etc.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in equivalent positions such as telemarketing team leader/supervisor or telesales team leader/supervisor.
• Experience leading a team of at least 10 members.
• Experienced in team management, training, and supporting team members.
• Skilled in creating reports and work plans.
• Not afraid to face challenges on the job.
