Job Description
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
Deliver excellent service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Make and keep the relationship with customers to encourage continuing sales
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
Schedule employees to cover all hours of operation without scheduling overtime
Ordering stock
Conducting inventory and investigating possible cause for discrepancies
Participating in the hiring process for new employees including interviewing, training
Monitoring staff behavior, attitude, and presentation to make sure they are a positive reflection on the store’s values
Delegating tasks to staff such as cleaning, stocking or working as cashier
Resolving conflicts between staff members as well as between staff and customers
Complying with regulations on store operations
Manage and monitor showroom “Art the la table”
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Good command of spoken and written English & Vietnamese
At least 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment at the same role
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
