Job Description

Domestic & International Market Development

  • Design and execute end-to-end sales strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify potential customers and build long-term business relationships.
  • Consult clients on the company’s products and services to address their needs.
  • Generate, manage, and convert leads into viable sales opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations and successfully close sales agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Work closely with the Production, Legal, and Accounting teams to manage quotations, delivery processes, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction activities.
  • Provide additional support, including coordinating client visits and assisting with the organization of IT-related events.

Team Development

  • Establish, coach, and grow a strong and effective sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Sales; prior experience in a Sales Leadership role is an advantage.
  • Strong English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and coaching capabilities.
  • Strong sales orientation with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-confident, decisive, energetic, proactive, and accountable.
