Job Description

- Sales planning: Setting up SMART targets for the sales team, contributing to the company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.

- Sales execution: The role will require to ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field.

- Sales analysis: To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement.

- Team motivation: To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded.

- Any other tasks.


- Qualification: University Graduate, Business Management or Marketing subjects are advantages  

- Work Experience:  At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge: Financing, banking knowledge

- Skills:

  • Teamwork spirit motivation skill
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
  • Solid command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
