Sales & Project Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

Sales:

• Identify, approach, and develop new clients in the Japanese market.
• Conduct market research and gather information on competitors and new business opportunities.
• Support service introductions, prepare proposals and quotations, and assist in client negotiations.
• Understand client needs and suggest opportunities for long-term collaboration and business expansion.

Coordination:

• Receive project requirements from clients and coordinate with internal teams, including Editors and QC members.
• Monitor project progress and quality, and support issue resolution during production.
• Translate and interpret project-related documents, communications, and meetings.
• Participate in Webtoon, Manga, and Digital Comic projects for the Japanese market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or College degree in Japanese Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above.
• Ability to communicate and work directly with Japanese clients.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
• Good communication, planning, and reporting skills.
• Proactive, flexible, and responsible working attitude.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or Webtoon/Manga production processes is a plus.
• Passion for Manga, Anime, Webtoons, or the digital content industry is a plus.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
