Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive rapid market penetration and revenue growth for Momentumlabs’ portfolio of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostic tools, and healthcare solutions.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify target segments (hospitals, clinics, distributors, e-commerce platforms, pharmacies, and wellness channels), and formulate annual/quarterly sales plans with clear, quantifiable KPIs.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team (initially 10–30 members, scaling with growth), including recruitment, training systems (product knowledge, sales skills, compliance), and performance management to achieve/exceed targets.
• Develop and expand multi-channel distribution networks (offline retail/partners, e-commerce, new retail, institutional sales, cross-border channels), while establishing standardized customer service processes to achieve high customer satisfaction (>90%) and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and product development teams to align market needs with product roadmap, support new product concept validation, clinical/efficacy testing, registration, and successful launches (from concept to market).
• Oversee brand positioning, promotional strategies, pricing, and competitive analysis to increase market share and brand recognition in target regions.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast trends, prepare regular reports, and adjust tactics to ensure sustained year-on-year growth.
• Represent the company in negotiations with key partners, distributors, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders to build long-term, stable collaborations.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields (Master’s in Business Administration preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in sales/marketing within the biotechnology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health supplements, or functional wellness industry; at least 5 years in managerial roles leading sales teams of 30+ people.
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets, launching multiple product lines (from concept to market), driving market share growth, and managing full-cycle product commercialization.
Strong experience in channel development (online/offline/multi-channel), team building/training, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D.
Deep market insight in Greater China/Hong Kong healthcare/biotech sectors, with ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and respond quickly to market changes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; able to build and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and handle high-pressure environments.
Proficient in both Mandarin and English; strong business writing and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel as needed for business development and partner meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in health supplements (保健品), functional foods, or diagnostic/healthcare products commercialization.
Familiarity with Hong Kong SAR market regulations, distribution networks, and cross-border sales (Mainland China–Hong Kong).
Track record in startup/rapid-growth environments, contributing to company scaling.
