Job Description

  • Formulate business plans, solutions, and strategies for designated functions.
  • Conduct market research and guide business development in the Japanese market.
  • Identify and develop market segments and key strategic customers.
  • Suggest and create a variety of services and products that meet customer and market needs.
  • Manage, operate, and enhance the performance of the sales team.
  • Serve as the company's authorized representative in the Osaka and Kansai region.
  • Report business results and activities to the Director of the CJP Division and the Board of Directors of Japan.
  • Job locations: Osaka, Nagoya, Tokyo, Japan.


  • Japanese N1 proficiency or equivalent (REQUIRED). Candidates with English language skills will be given preference.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a Head of Department or Sales Team Leader, with a proven track record in developing and managing a team of at least 3 employees.
  • More than 2 years of business experience in the Japanese market, including knowledge of the Japanese outsourcing market and software production activities.
  • Essential soft skills include creative thinking, negotiation skills, strategic development, planning and organizational abilities, and effective risk management.




  • Accompanied by a Manager or C-level executive for the first 6 months in the new office.
  • Opportunity for promotion to Branch Manager (Director level) after at least 12 months of employment.
