Job Description
- Setting target and building up Sales plan for the sales team
- Being responsible for the target of the Sales team
- Recruiting new Sales and arrange proper training
- Perform arising tasks assigned by BOD
- 5+ years of sales experience in international freight forwarding, international logistics and import or export companies (including shipping companies, airlines, etc.), preferably familiar with the U.S. logistics market
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- Strong work ethic and a strong desire for success
- Good oral and written English skills
- Having customer resources is a big plus
