Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Engage deeply in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Properly understand the competitive landscape and the market trend, customers’ demand to have timely business initiatives
  • Identify and solve client issues strategically
  • Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams for both sales and operational matters to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Timely reporting and analytics 
  • Min university degree in Economics or/and Electronics/IT
  • Proven successful experiences in sales management in ELV solution industry for at least 3 years
  • Proficiency in English or Japanese
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Good communication, problem-solving, analyzing, innovative, and leadership skills
