Job Description

Business Development

  • Tasked with launching new business initiatives in targeted markets.
  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Develop and enhance detailed business plans and manage client accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process for prospects, from initial contact and exploration through to discussion and contract negotiations.

Account Management

  • Partner with the marketing team to collect essential market insights.
  • Collaborate with the presales team, partners, and other departments to create compelling proposals for clients.
  • Ensure the thorough completion of deals, with contracts and purchase orders properly executed to avoid risks.
  • Work closely with various departments to facilitate flawless project management.

Operations

  • Improve team performance through continuous mentoring and training.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal and external operational processes, including inter-company collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role managing teams of 5-10 members, preferably in the IT Outsourcing sector.
  • Background in IT is required.
  • Demonstrated sales achievements with revenues between $500K and $1M will be considered an advantage.
  • High proficiency in English, with strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and with cross-functional teams, possessing strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to visit customer sites as needed.
