Job Description

  • Analyse sales performance data, make recommendations for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise results.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, aligns with company goals and values, and meets business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and training to help them achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, outreach, and lead generation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals with clients, and ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, accounting, finance and HR, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales technology and Google Spreadsheet to manage and optimise the sales process
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written


Experience:

  • 3+year experience in B2B + IT + International sales and team management
  • Used to be studying / working / living abroad is a good point.

  • 20.000.000đ ~ 30.000.000đ, paid monthly
  • 1.0% sales commission based on the whole team’s revenue, paid quarterly
  • 0.3% sales commission based on the whole team’s revenue, paid annually
