• Planning weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals.

• Implementing daily plans.

• Daily planning in details.

• Collecting customer database.

• Daily/weekly meeting people involved in providing customer and customer information.

• Meeting with General Manager about plans, implementation and discussing current and prospective customers.

• Informing to Project Department about project scale, project quotation progress, project's competitors as needed.

• Participating in upgrading and editing capacity profile and company website.

• Providing regular customer care. 

Education

• Associate/ Bachelor's degree or above in Polytechnic/ Construction/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Commerce/ relevant field.

Work experience

• Worked as department head, marketing director in construction firms and successfully got projects.

• Having data on information of foreign investors (Japan, USA, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) and customer data channels.

• Being experienced in information processing and connect with customers.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• General knowledge of Construction market, investment of FDI inflows and foreign customers.

• Updated with information about industrial parks, projects to be invested, new industrial parks to be built, etc. 

• Advanced in spoken and written English; prefer having other languages.

• Overall management skills (planning, implementing, etc.). 

• Ability to identify, analyze and evaluate customers and markets.
