Job Description

A. Internal:

  • Making budget and action plan at the end of year for next year plan
  • Make month ship plan based on customer's requirement delivery time
  • Discuss with PCS for production schedule
  • Making monthly report
  • Release monthly raw material demand
  • Support documentation team to discuss with bank/ Form D/B department/shipping line when needed
  • Support team to discuss with customer for payment when needed
  • Report progress of all above on biweekly basis to executive manager
  • Create the sales strategy
  • Evaluate, train, coach the staff

B. External:

  • Identify, contact, build relationship with general customers
  • Develop new customers gather market information
  • Support Sales on quotation and discussion with customer
  • Discuss with shipping line for freight rate
  • Report progress of all above on biweekly basis to executive manager
  • Male, under 40 year-old
  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years of Steel sales export experience, travel to oversea
  • English fluently
  • Priority for person who is in same position and work in steel field. 
  • International Export sales (research market, make budget, maintain relationship with customer, Anti-dumping handling...)
  • Report directly to sales executive manager
