Job Description

Global Business Development:

  • Strategize and execute detailed sales plans in line with organizational objectives.
  • Identify, connect with, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
  • Deliver consultations on products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Manage leads, transforming them into tangible sales opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully finalize contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Coordinate with departments such as Production, Legal, and Accounting to oversee quotations, deliveries, payments, and client feedback surveys.
  • Provide additional support, including organizing client visits and assisting in IT event planning.

Team Leadership and Growth:

  • Recruit, train, and nurture a skilled and results-oriented sales team.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles in IT sales.
  • Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
  • Exceptional skills in presentation, negotiation, and training.
  • Strong focus on sales and customer service excellence.
  • Demonstrates confidence, decisiveness, enthusiasm, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
