As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for active clients—supporting smooth onboarding, ensuring project alignment, and identifying opportunities to extend the relationship through upsells or renewals. You’ll act as both a trusted advisor and internal advocate, ensuring each client gets the most from their partnership with Vibe Branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients with clarity, structure, and confidence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, dev) to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and present value-add solutions
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients
• Track client feedback, project milestones, and account health in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Report retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth KPIs

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2–4 years in client success, account management, or agency relationship management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, or creative agency services
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management and CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, HubSpot)
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and driven by outcomes
