Job Summary
This is a consultative technical sales role focused on identifying client challenges and positioning technology solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and solution design to negotiation and post-sale relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct needs analysis and translate client requirements into tailored solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with decision-makers.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial bids aligned with client requirements.
• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure solution adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements
• Experience in technical sales, IT sales, or solution-based selling.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Strong experience managing B2B sales cycles (prospecting, closing, and account management).
• Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise systems, or digital transformation solutions.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently within an assigned territory.
