Danh mục kinh doanh của BLT bao gồm nghiên cứu phát triển và sản xuất thiết bị in 3D kim loại, sản xuất sản phẩm in 3D kim loại theo yêu cầu, nghiên cứu phát triển và sản xuất vật liệu thô cho in 3D kim loại, thiết kế tối ưu kết cấu, dịch vụ kỹ thuật quy trình, cũng như phát triển phần mềm kỹ thuật chuyên dụng cho in 3D kim loại. Trách nhiệm công việc

▪ Thực hiện lắp đặt, chạy thử và hiệu chuẩn hệ thống chế tạo bồi thép kim loại, hỗ trợ công tác nghiệm thu thiết bị.

▪ Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa và bảo trì sửa chữa, bao gồm hiệu chuẩn laser, điều chỉnh bộ trải bột, kiểm tra hệ thống khí trơ và các công việc khác.

▪ Chẩn đoán và xử lý sự cố cơ khí, điện và phần mềm với mục tiêu khắc phục ngay lần đầu.

▪ Tổ chức đào tạo tại hiện trường cho khách hàng về vận hành máy, quy tắc an toàn và quy trình bảo trì.

▪ Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ quy định an toàn, đặc biệt khi xử lý bột kim loại.

▪ Soạn thảo báo cáo dịch vụ, nhật ký và tài liệu công việc rõ ràng, đầy đủ.

▪ Quản lý công cụ dịch vụ và kho phụ tùng của BLT, đảm bảo quản lý chính xác tài sản công ty được phân giao.

▪ Hợp tác với đội ngũ kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ để liên tục cải thiện chất lượng công việc và nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng.

▪ Hỗ trợ tối ưu quy trình và đóng góp vào việc xây dựng kiến thức nội bộ.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

▪ Có bằng trung cấp nghề hoặc đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Cơ‑điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.

▪ Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống chế tạo bồi thép kim loại hoặc máy móc công nghiệp phức tạp.

▪ Ưu tiên ứng viên biết thêm ngôn ngữ thứ ba (ví dụ: tiếng Đức, tiếng Tây Ban Nha hoặc các ngôn ngữ khác).

▪ Có khả năng soạn thảo tài liệu kỹ thuật bao gồm quy trình, sổ tay bảo trì, hướng dẫn lắp đặt và báo cáo dịch vụ.

▪ Kỹ năng xử lý sự cố cơ khí, điện và khí nén tốt.

▪ Khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ cơ khí, sơ đồ mạch điện.

▪ Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về quy trình hợp nhất bột trên bệ và hiệu chuẩn máy móc.

▪ Thành thạo công cụ chẩn đoán và hệ thống điều khiển quy trình.

▪ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có tư duy hướng đến khách hàng.

▪ Sẵn sàng đi công tác đến 50% thời gian làm việc.

▪ Linh hoạt, thích ứng tốt với công việc và sẵn sàng đi công tác.

On July 22, 2019, BLT was listed on the STAR Market with the stock code 688333.SH. As by June 30,2024, the company has approximately 3500 employees, with R&D staff accounting for 25.23% of the total workforce.

BLT’s business portfolio encompasses R&D and manufacturing of metal 3D printing equipment, production of custom metal 3D printed products, development and production of raw materials for metal 3D printing, structural optimization design, process technical services, as well as the development of dedicated engineering software for metal 3D printing. The company has established a comprehensive industrial ecosystem for metal additive manufacturing.To date, the company has installed over 1,400 metal 3D printing systems, with the figure still on the rise.

Responsibility:

▪ Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of metal additive manufacturing systems, and support for acceptance.

▪ Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, including laser calibration, recoater adjustments, inert gas system checks, etc.

▪ Diagnose and solve mechanical, electrical, and software issues with a first-time fix approach.

▪ Provide on-site customer training on machine operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.

▪ Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, especially in handling metal powders.

▪ Prepare clear and complete service reports, logs, and documentation.

▪ Management of BLT service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets

▪Collaborate with engineering and support teams for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

▪ Support process optimization and contribute to internal knowledge development.

Requirements:

▪ Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.

▪ 3+ years of experience with metal additive manufacturing systems or complex industrial machinery.

▪ Knowledge of a third language (e.g., German, Spanish, or others) is preferred.

▪ Ability to write technical documentation, including procedures, maintenance manuals, installation guides, and service reports.

▪ Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities.

▪ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

▪ Hands-on understanding of powder-bed fusion processes and machine calibration.

▪ Proficiency with diagnostic tools and process control systems.

▪ Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

▪ Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

▪ Flexible and adaptable; willing to travel
