Job Description :

1/ Marketing tasks

• Perform market assessments to identify market dynamics, regulations and other external factors influencing demand.
• Support and coordinate market and competitive intelligence efforts to provide timely and actionable business intelligence.
• Identify gaps in marketing offer and prepare business cases to bridge these gaps
• Support the development of the Vietnamese offer of company solutions to create value for customer base.
• Liaise with communications department to organize customer events and create marketing content such as brochures (digital and print), web content, videos and other collateral. 

2/Admin tasks

• In liaison with other administrators in other company Branch to support company traveller to the Country when there is due diligence trip, site visit, meetings if any.
• Responsible for office petty cash and manage office supplies (stationery, coffee, etc.); meeting room booking, guest receiving.
• Support for submission of documents for signing, sealing such as visa application documents, FARO, etc.
• Receive and deliver documents, goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Proven work experience in marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
• Solid understanding of research techniques.
• Attention to detail.
• Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English.
