Job Description

Job purpose

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy for company-owned products and  client brands in the Thailand market. 
  • Build, expand, and manage strategic partnerships with media networks, communication  platforms, and high-quality service vendors to support large-scale brand initiatives. 

Key responsibilties

  • Brand Strategy Development 
  • Lead annual and quarterly brand strategy for Thailand, including brand positioning,  communication Build integrated communication plans (IMC) that enhance brand awareness, brand  preference, and brand visibility. 
  • Drive growth in brand keyword search volume and owned media presence.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management 
  • Oversee end-to-end branding campaigns (online & offline), especially for entertainment,  sports, and major cultural events. 
  • Manage communication with media partners, content creators, KOLs/Influencers, and  local agencies in Thailand.
  • Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Brand Governance & Creative Quality Control 
  • Ensure brand visual identity and messaging are consistently applied across all touchpoints. 
  • Collaborate closely with content, social media, creative, and media teams to guarantee  high-quality outputs.
  • Approve key creative assets and communication materials. 
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization 
  • Monitor brand performance metrics: brand search, social mentions, engagement signals,  traffic flow, conversion pathways. 
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and develop continuous improvement  plans.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly brand performance reports for management.
  • Partnership Development & Vendor Management 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media networks, PR firms, production houses,  KOL agencies, and local partners in Thailand. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new vendors to improve execution efficiency. - Maintain strategic partnerships to support long-term brand expansion.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration 
  • Supervise cross-functional project teams; guide team members to achieve performance  targets. 
  • Provide mentorship, ensure capability building, and foster a high-performance marketing  culture. 

Job requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • MBA or advanced certifications in Branding/Marketing are a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, or Digital  Marketing, including at least 02 years in a managerial or team-lead role. 
  • Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale branding campaigns across  multi-channel ecosystems. 
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand market, consumer insights, cultural nuances, and  digital media landscape. 
  • Hands-on experience in online entertainment, digital content, gaming, blockchain, e commerce, or esports is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, external agencies, and multi million-baht marketing budgets. 
  • In-depth knowledge of brand building, integrated communication frameworks, IMC  planning, and digital-first branding. 
  • Strong expertise in social platforms in Thailand: Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Line,  influencer ecosystems, and local media platforms. 
  • Experience working directly with agencies: media buying, PR, KOL/influencer agencies,  creative studios, production houses.
  • Familiarity with brand measurement tools: Social Listening, Brand Lift, Keyword Search  Tracking, Traffic & Funnel analytics. 
  • Proficiency in English (working level).
