• Take full ownership of product and project delivery — from planning, requirement gathering, and prioritization to execution and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, developers, product designers, QA, and business development) to translate business goals into actionable project plans.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and client needs
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with product designers to ensure product usability and intuitive experience.
• Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement of product performance and user experience.
• Lead and motivate a development team of up to 5 members, ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional growth.
• Ensure documentation, process transparency, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years of experience in product or service planning, UX, or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development or managing software projects.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• A continuous improvement mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Savvy in using digital tools, applications, or website design.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
• Experience leading a team of developers (5+ members).
• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus.
