Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our clinic’s services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition and retention.

Job Description:

  • Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the clinic’s objectives to attract new patients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM) to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling and informative content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate and engage the target audience.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (such as clinical staff, customer service, and administration) to align marketing efforts with clinic operations and patient needs.
  • Partnerships and Events: Identify partnership opportunities and plan events or collaborations to expand the clinic’s reach and increase patient referrals.
  • Customer Experience Journey analysis & improvement
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven at least 7 years of experience in Healthcare/International Hospital or related industry marketing which is 3-5 years of experience as same level, with a track record of successful campaigns and brand development is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge at Healthcare/Hospital industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages.
