Job Description

• Conduct interpretation during project meetings, daily briefings, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project information to both clients and the development team. (via Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, etc.)
• Translate various documents, Q&A sessions, chats, emails, etc., from Japanese to Vietnamese or vice versa.
• Handle the progress and status of individual and team tasks on the Kanban Board.
• Ensure thorough, transparent, and timely exchange of information between the project team and clients.
• Support the project team in understanding the requirements of Japanese clients and handle internal tasks related to the Japanese language.
• Take responsibility for bridging communication between the team and clients.
• Participate in team-building activities.
• Have the opportunity to engage in activities that contribute to the company's culture.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level).
• Effective expression and communication skills, translating accurately in both meaning and context.
• Strong interpretation skills.
• Standard pronunciation is an advantage.
• Passion for working in the IT field and a minimum of 1 year of experience in translation within the IT industry.
• Strong analytical and quick-thinking skills, proactive in work, and a positive attitude.
• Careful and attentive in the translation process.
• Good research and teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility, diligence, ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
