• Communicate with clients through meetings, chats, emails, and web-based tools to support project execution
• Analyze and clarify requirements from clients, ensuring accurate communication of requests, feedback, and changes between clients and the project team
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, and effectively share insights with the development team
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth information flow throughout the project lifecycle

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with the ability to work independently with clients
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C# (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to read, understand, and discuss technical topics related to frontend development using TypeScript
• Strong skills in requirement analysis and system design
• Solid knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with AWS
• Ability to propose effective technical solutions based on client needs
• Strong Ho-Ren-So (reporting, communication, and consultation) skills
• Excellent translation and communication skills to convey information clearly between stakeholders
• Strong documentation and information consolidation skills
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a careful working style
• Proactive mindset with strong self-learning ability
