As a Bridge System Engineer, you will act as a liaison between the development team in Vietnam and various stakeholders, primarily Japanese. Your responsibilities include:

• Communicating directly with stakeholders via communication tools to align with their requirements.
• Preparing documentation for backlogs and sprints.
• Researching market trends.
• Defining and articulating the product's long-term vision, roadmaps, and strategic goals.
• Engaging with stakeholders such as customers, end-users, business leaders, and development teams to collect feedback and understand their needs.
• Prioritizing features and user stories based on stakeholder input and market analysis.
• Ensuring effective communication about the progress of product development.
• Analyzing requirements, exploring potential solutions, and proposing them.
• Creating both basic and detailed designs as necessary.
• Reviewing Unit Tests (UT), System Tests (ST), and Integration Tests (IT) as needed.
• Managing product quality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese, with at least N2 level.
• At least 2 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer).
• Experience with NodeJS or C#; .NET framework.
• Familiarity with MetaTrader (MT5/MT4) or Blockchain/Crypto Exchanges is a significant advantage.
• Have experience in creating documentation (Preference for experience as a Product Owner).
