Job Description

  • Administer performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
  • Respond to emails and calls on behalf of the department
  • Contract management services outside the company
  • Creation of contracts regarding orders
  • Request contract review from legal support vendor
  • Conclusion of various contracts
  • Management of concluded contracts
  • Employment management operations
  • Employee information management
  • Employee attendance management
  • Employment contract management
  • Support for establishing paid leave and remote work systems
  • Support regarding recruitment
  • Support regarding other welfare benefits
  • Accounting management work
  • Communication with accounting support vendors
  • Submission of financial report (prepared by accounting vendor)
  • Invoice management
  • Invoice issue
  • Remittance processing
  • Confirmation of payment
  • Others
  • Business related to printing, sealing, and mailing
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Asset registration and management
  • Support for procedures at banks, legal affairs bureaus, consulates, etc.
  • Other back office support for employees

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (HR Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or related position)
  • Proven working experience as a HR-Admin Leader/ Supervisor/ Manager
  • Proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above)
  • Experience with recruitment for IT positions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, C&B
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Able to handle email, phone, and face-to-face communication professionally
  • Capable of managing confidential information with integrity and discretion
