  • To reach growth and sales targets, manage the sales staff.
  • Create plans and strategies to support development objectives and accomplish the organization's desired business results.
  • Assist and keep an eye on the business plan's execution. reporting on financial performance, including income and costs, and making projections in front of the board of directors.
  • Building and constructing a client system.
  • Strive to establish connections with clients and business partners in the environmental sector (consultation of records; collection and treatment of waste).
  • Providing for and creating a system for clients to boost inbound leads and keep revenue.
  • Create and improve the sales process from preparation through closing.
  • Accountable for hiring, setting goals, training, and keeping an eye on the performance of salespeople.

  • Determine possible markets and market changes and keep up with rivals' and new product developments.
  • Experience in team leader: 02-03 years.
  • Preferably working for a Korean manufacturing company, getting to know the Korean community in Vietnam, and having business expertise in the waste collecting, transportation, and treatment fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration; Environmental; Marketing… 
  • Experience working in Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, or equivalents, have accomplishments and frequently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Having good communication skills, presentation skills.
  • Being perceptive to commercial prospects and possessing in-depth product and industry expertise.
  • The capacity to be self-motivated, to create and concentrate on certain goals.
  • Being open-minded and eager to learn and hear criticism.
