Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients in the US market, focusing on businesses in need of outsourced accounting services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Present and demonstrate our BPO accounting solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline development, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and other activities to stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the BPO, outsourcing, or accounting industry, preferably targeting the US market.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, particularly in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
