1. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Research the IT outsourcing market and analyze competitors in English-speaking regions.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other networking channels.
- Use LinkedIn Social Selling activities to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads.
- Set up and manage automated cold email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist.
2. Business Development & Sales
- Develop new business opportunities in overseas markets.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in English.
- Update customer information on CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and prepare sales reports regularly.
3. Client Management & Marketing Support
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand business.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to provide suitable solutions for customers.
- Support the creation of sales and marketing materials, including case studies, company presentations, and whitepapers.
Job Requirements
Sales & Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), common technologies, and IT outsourcing services.
- Experience in IT Outsourcing, IT Staffing, or SaaS sales for international markets.
- Around 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
- Comfortable working with customers from regions such as the US, Europe, UAE, and APAC.
Digital Marketing Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Able to create professional English content for LinkedIn, email outreach, and other business communication.
- Understand how to monitor marketing and sales performance metrics to improve conversion results.
Communication & Personal Skills
- Good English communication skills, both speaking and writing (around B2+ to C1 level).
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work toward sales goals.
