  • Leading business development efforts independently, identifying and securing new revenue-driven opportunities.
  • Engaging in client communication, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitors to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Focusing on target customers, and developing tailored approaches to meet their needs.
  • Assessing customer requirements and providing customized solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Designing and executing business development strategies to expand market reach.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships to foster long-term business growth.
  • Crafting compelling business proposals that showcase the company’s value.
  • Monitoring personal performance in business development and collaborating with management for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, solutions, and operations, to ensure business goals are met.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the tech industry, with a proven track record and leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with leadership abilities to guide initiatives and mentor team members.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and growth-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding communication ability, delivering presentations, and negotiating effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
