  • Manage, organize and supervise the implementation of activities in the Service and Parts Department.
  • Work directly with the factory to update service, parts, and genuine parts and accessories import policies.
  • Manage and operate all areas of activity of the After-Sales Service Centers for Dealers nationwide.
  • Manage customer complaints about product warranties, services and parts; directly handle or direct departments, branches to resolve product and service complaints.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Dealers, departments, and branches of the company in the business activities of services, parts, warranties and customer care. Ensure that the quality of services and parts is always good and sufficient for the automobile products introduced by the company.
  • Receive and transfer requirements for the after-sales service, parts, and warranty system from the automobile manufacturing and supply partners to the company.
  • Develop and implement training on policies, after-sales service processes nationwide for the vehicle lines supplied by the company.
  • Manage customer care activities and handle customer complaints about the company's service product system in the best way.
  • Establish the Service and Parts budget to be submitted to the CEO for approval. Be responsible within the assigned budget and have the authority to approve.
  • Be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual service and parts targets and sales of the dealer system.
  • Evaluate and report on sales activities to the superiors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis or as required by the CEO.
  • Assist in the direction, strategy development, and planning with the relevant departments to develop and market new product lines and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to carry out tasks assigned by the CEO.


  • Experienced and knowledgeable in building and applying automotive service and parts management systems according to standards..., budgeting and budget management.
  • Develop and organize the implementation of the service and parts revenue plan for the automobile dealer network.
  • Have experience in the positions of Director/Deputy Director in managing and operating the service system of the automobile dealer network from the official manufacturer or importer/distributor (at least 05 years)
  • Fluent in at least 1 foreign language (English or Chinese preferred)
  • High sense of responsibility, good diplomatic and negotiation skills, honest, enthusiastic, and straightforward
  • University degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields
