Mô tả công việc

Focus on recruitment efforts while closely collaborating with management. Regardless of channels such as recruitment agencies, recruitment media, referrals, etc., 

  • Search for and reach out to candidates, striving to meet the company's KPIs.
  • Use social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to find and engage candidates.
  • Be ready to handle tasks related to general administration and human resources, and work with recruitment partners.

Additionally, you will collaborate with team members in the recruitment team to ensure optimal performance. The job is diverse and changes daily, requiring a strong sense of independence.


Requirements:

Must have:

  • Japanese N2 level or higher.
  • Ability to commit to achieving goals and KPIs.
  • Over 2 years of experience in administration, human resources (HR), and recruitment within the IT sector.

Nice to have:

  • Good communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in office software and web tools.
  • Passionate about recruitment and eager to develop a career in this field.
