ABOUT THE JOB

Huge-Fam - F&B Company, a member of Emmaus-Group. Since the beginning, we have been affirming our position as a professional, reliable, and meticulous provider of culinary services in Vietnam. We currently own and operate the following brands: Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge, Cowboy Zone Cafe Chain, Canteen Chain; Out services: Restaurant, Beverages, Lunch Set Office/Hospital/School; Industrial/Factory/Factory Meal; Canteen/Industrial Kitchen Construction and Operation Consultant; Organize Party/Event on request. We are seeking an HRM position to join our talented team; You will manage and work with the HR Department for the company's HR & Administration activities. Company brands: Cowboy Zone Cafe, Bizman Sky - Restaurant & Lounge and Huge-Fam Catering.

ROLES

HR: 80%

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;

– Support the business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;

– Oversee and manage the recruitment process concerning the headcount budget;

– Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate;

– Manage full-circle payroll, social insurance & PIT Finalization. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan;

– Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;

– Advise department of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits;

– Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures;

– Perform & report HR cost & headcount periodically;

– Manage performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization;

– Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly;

– Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements;

Administration: 20%

– Oversee the internal operation of administration activities;

– Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats;


QUALIFICATION

– Graduated from university in economics, Human Resource Management, Administration, Law or higher;

– At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position;

– Strong recruitment and compensation & Benefits;

– Understanding human resource management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment;

– Proficient in leadership & planning skills;

– Good communication skills;

– Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);

– Efficient in English (Work with Expat);

– Knowledge of HR systems and databases;

Salary & Allowances

– Salary: Competitive

– 13th-month Salary with 02 months salary for personal target and more; Quarterly bonus based on company performance; Entitled to a bonus fund of 10% company profit

– Annual leaves: 12-15 days/year (based on levels)
