Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proficient in Japanese across all four skills, with a minimum level of JLPT N2 or equivalent.
• Solid experience in headhunting, particularly for mid-level to senior roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
