Recruitment Leader

• Identify weekly/monthly recruitment needs based on client requirements and current workforce status.
• Develop a detailed recruitment plan, including the number of positions to be hired, the recruitment timeline, and hiring methods.
• Closely monitor the recruitment progress for each position, ensuring sufficient quantity, quality, and adherence to the planned schedule.
• Analyze arising issues during the recruitment process and propose timely solutions.
• Assign specific tasks to each team member in the recruitment team.
• Evaluate individual team members’ performance and provide guidance and support when necessary.
• Maintain team spirit and ensure effective collaboration within the recruitment team.
• Propose solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency, such as improving recruitment processes and utilizing effective recruitment tools.
• Implement the proposed solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with headhunting agencies, manage recruitment costs, and report recruitment results on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially in mass hiring.
• Experience in a Team Lead position, managing a recruitment team.
• Candidates with experience in the Call Center industry are preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the recruitment market and hiring processes.
