Mô tả công việc

  • Design and execute human resources initiatives that strongly support organizational objectives and strategic vision.
  • Serve as a strategic HRBP (HR Business Partner) to executive leadership and division managers regarding staffing strategies and structural growth.
  • Provide expert counsel on corporate restructuring, change facilitation, staff motivation, and retaining top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle hiring lifecycle covering both technical (IT) and business-related roles.
  • Cultivate active candidate pools, drive corporate branding campaigns, and elevate the overall applicant journey.
  • Mentor the talent acquisition squad on optimal candidate sourcing methods and assessment benchmarks.
  • Guarantee strict adherence to Vietnam's statutory employment regulations and internal corporate policies.
  • Resolve staff relations matters, encompassing grievance handling, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and revise human resources protocols, operational guidelines, and employee documentation.
  • Supervise salary structures, benefit packages, payroll processing, and human resources data management.
  • Evaluate workforce data analytics and propose actionable solutions to boost departmental efficiency.
  • Administer and optimize frameworks for evaluating staff achievements (utilizing OKRs or KPIs).
  • Facilitate periodic staff evaluations, skill-building workshops, and career progression programs.
  • Champion programs that foster a vibrant workplace environment, seamless internal messaging, and core values alignment.
  • Assist in coordinating team-building activities, corporate gatherings, and staff well-being events.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience acting as a Human Resources Manager within the Tech, IT, or IT Services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of Vietnam's employment legislation, Total Rewards (C&B) structures, workplace dispute resolution, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Solid grasp of the tech recruitment landscape and current IT talent market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and team leadership capabilities.
  • Highly proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
  • The ability to communicate in either the Japanese or Chinese language will be considered a strong advantage.
